Client intelligence for people who advise businesses

Walk into every client meeting knowing what is owed.

Every commitment, decision and concern from a client conversation, remembered and carried into the next one, with the moment it was said under each.

A meeting page on a slate band: filed to the client, findings reviewed, decisions, commitments, and the figures as said with their timestamps.
Today on a phone: the date, a greeting naming what is overdue, and the first thing to do.

Every screen on this site is the real product, shot on a synthetic demo organization. No client data appears in any of them.

Step 01 of 04

It gets into the meeting

The notetaker joins Zoom, Meet and Teams under your organization's name, and it does not speak. In the room, record from your phone; if it locks or a call comes in, recording picks back up in the same meeting.

Recording on a phone: the timer bar with Pause and Stop, a note field, and the note that recording resumes after a lock or call.

Four things every meeting leaves behind

  1. What you owe

Every promise you made, with who it is for and when it is due.

  2. What they owe you

What the client said they would send, so you can chase it before the next call.

  3. What was decided

Decisions and the figures as they were said, each with its timestamp.

  4. What keeps coming up

A theme raised meeting after meeting is counted and named.

Industries we serve

Built for the way you work

One product, eight kinds of client work. Each page shows what those meetings leave behind, and what Routenna keeps from them.

Your controls

Written down, so you can hold us to it.

The same terms are on the security page, in full, with every provider that touches customer data.

Our terms with you, in plain words

  1. Other organizations cannot read your data

Row-level security in the database limits every table to your organization, and a cross-organization test suite must pass before any change ships.
  2. Meetings are private to whoever recorded them

Colleagues read a meeting only when it is shared with the team or filed under a shared client. The same rule applies to admins.
  3. The notetaker is named for what it is

It joins every call under a name that says notes are being taken. No setting changes that, and it does not speak.
  4. Nothing the AI finds goes on record by itself

Takeaways are proposals until a person accepts them, and who decided, and when, is kept with each one.
  5. We do not train models on your data

Not on yours or anyone else's, and nothing from one organization answers another's questions.
  6. Audio is deleted automatically

By default, audio is deleted automatically about 3 days after the transcript and takeaways are ready. An admin can choose to keep recordings for a set number of days instead, in Recording & consent.
  7. Deleting a meeting removes everything from it

Recording, transcript, search index and takeaways. The deletion job checks again and fails visibly if anything is left.
  8. Every sensitive action is written down

Opening a recording, viewing a transcript, accepting a takeaway, a deletion: each writes an entry admins can read and export.
